Pennsbury Athletic Association Baseball and Softball

The Babe Ruth league is played with 13 – 15 year olds: 

Must be at least 13 and no older than 15 years old on April 30th of the current year

SEASON STARTS – Early April. 

Teams will play a 12 to14 game regular season.  PLAYOFFS will immediately follow the regular season and end in MID June.  Trophies are awarded for 1st and 2nd place finishers.

Teams will be selected in mid-March.  Each Manager may select one assistant coach after which the balance of the players are drafted.  Players will be contacted around the third week of March.

GAMES:  1 or 2 games per week.  Most games on Saturday.  Games are played at Macclesfield Park on River Rd.  PAA approved umpires at all games.

UNIFORMS: Full uniforms are issued – shirt, pants, hat and socks.  Players must supply their own bat and batting helmet.

PRACTICES:  Typically one practice per week.
